Twin Snakes is a BJJ-focused brand specializing in high-quality finger tape designed for hard training, long rounds, and competition days. We also offer a limited line of branded merchandise for life on and off the mats.
 

Where do you ship from?

• Finger Tape: All tape orders are packed and shipped directly by Twin Snakes.

• Merchandise: Apparel and branded merch are produced and shipped by a third-party fulfillment partner.

Because of this, orders that include both tape and merch may arrive in separate packages.
 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on location and product type:

• Finger Tape: Typically ships within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

• Merchandise: Production and shipping times vary by item and may take longer than tape orders.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipping is available on most products. Shipping costs, delivery times, and any applicable customs fees are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

• Orders that have already been packed or sent to fulfillment cannot be changed or cancelled.

• Merchandise orders often enter production quickly and may not be eligible for cancellation once processing has begun.

Do you offer wholesale pricing for gyms or academies?

Yes. We work directly with gym owners and academy operators interested in wholesale or bulk purchases.

Wholesale orders are handled separately and are not available through the online store.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Is your finger tape competition-legal?

Our tape is designed to meet the standards commonly accepted in BJJ competition. However, rules may vary by organization, so we always recommend checking your event’s specific regulations.

How should I store my tape?

Our tape comes in a handy storage tin to keep your tape dry and performing its best, even if it's just thrown in your gym bag. If you're purchasing refills without a tin, or your tin is damaged, store tape in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight for best longevity and performance.
