Finger Tape (Shipped by Twin Snakes)

Returns

• Unused, unopened tape may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Merchandise (Drop-Shipped Items)

Because merchandise is produced on demand by a third-party partner:

• All merch sales are final through Twin Snakes.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, colour preference, or change-of-mind purchases.

If there is an issue with your merchandise order, Twin Snakes is here ot help! For undelivered, damaged, or incorrect items, please:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, detail of the issue, and any relevant photos so we can coordinate with our fulfillment partner.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
